Did this for Defense, lets see how the 2021 Offense projects. Alot of starters coming back

QB - D'Eriq King (rsSR) - Tyler Van Dyke (SO) - Jake Garcia (FR)

QB Breakdown - Really sucks to not have King be able to go through spring again in Lashlees offense. You could see he was getting more comfortable as the year went on. Big backup battle in the spring with two real talents in TVD & Garcia. Real QB room now. Should be better with another year in the system.

RB - Cam Harris (SR) - Don Chaney (SO) - Jaylan Knighton (SO) - Thad Franklin (FR)

RB Breakdown - Chaney won't start but he should. Knighton should see more snaps in year 2 too. This is what a Miami RB room should look like and it should be better with another year of development.

TE - Will Mallory (SR) - Larry Hodges (rsSO) - Elijah Arroyo (FR)

TE Breakdown - Time for Mallory to breakout. We saw flashes when Brevin was out last year. Looking for him to make the next jump and have a shot at being an AA. Arroyo is next in line.

WR1 - Charleston Rambo (rsSR) - Romello Brinson (FR) - Dee Wiggins (SR) - Jacolby George (FR)

SLOT- Mike Harley (rsSR) - Xavier Restrepo (SO) - Brashad Smith (FR)

WR3 - Keyshawn Smith (SO) - Michael Redding (SO) - Jeremiah Payton (JR) - Mark Pope (SR)

WR Breakdown - Tons of competition this spring. May the cream rise to the top. No more of the political bull**** with Pope and Wiggins. Get them on the bench if they can't cut it. Looking for Keyshawn smith to make a big jump, same with Restrepo. Likens needs to get this room right.

LT - Zion Nelson (JR) - Issiah Walker (rsFR)

LG - Navaughn Donaldson (rsSR) - John Campbell (rsJR) - Laurence Seymour (FR)

C - Corey Gaynor (rsSR) - Jakai Clark (JR) - Ryan Rodriquez (FR)

RG - Jalen Rivers (SO) - Ousman Traore (rsJR)

RT - Jarrid Williams (rsSR) - DJ Scaife (SR) - Chris Washington (rsFR)

OL Breakdown - No excuses for Garin Justice this year. Year 2 of coaching the same exact unit, and it is full of age and experience. Nelson and Williams have the Tackle spots locked down and hopefully will only get better. Need Navaughn to get and stay in shape to lock down an G spot. IMO Rivers takes the other G spot and Gaynor needs to get stronger, but continues to be the starter at C. Need to see big improvements this year. No more Scaife and Clark as Guards, they clearly don't have the strength.

I can’t wait to see lashlee with some receivers who can catch

if we trot out pope and wiggins again that’s a big red flag

The notion of starting is completely idiotic relative to snaps played. I'm not gonna say Harris won't start, but I'd be shocked if Chaney doesn't get the majority of the carries, especially considering players tend to make the biggest leap between freshman and sophomore year.

I love Cam but we know who he is, and we've seen just flashes of what Chaney can be.

"Navaughn to get and stay in shape"

That's not something we can count on I think.
Hope we develop some other options and are not depending on him. Big bonus if he can do it and I think thats how we need to approach it.

I just hope we get a full off season practice schedule. No spring and shortened preseason hurt development of OL big time last year and they still looked better, especially pass blocking. Run blocking hopefully takes a big leap forward this coming season

curious to know. do you guys think we can declare daz worsham a bust? gotta be concerning when he couldn't sniff the field even on ST last year. really like him coming out of HS.

It's probably too early to say that. Some guys just take longer to develop. We don't know for sure with him just yet
