Let fsu score

I knew the game was over when we tackled him at the one. Then manny waits 12 seconds to call a timeout lol should’ve told them during the timeout to let them score
 
The whole game was just an awful display of coaching, discipline and awareness.
Anyone who knows anything about football let’s them score especially knowing they still need a 2pt conversation to go up 3. We would have had 50 seconds and at least 1 timeout. Manny probably won’t admit that was the wrong decision bc he is on thin ice but we all know he is probably thinking today wtf did I do?
 
This can be argued both ways. I personally felt let them score bc I had zero faith in Mannys D, but one false start penalty and you have a much better chance of keeping them out of the endzone.

The game as a whole was an exercise in coaching futility. Throwing short to Mallory on 3rd and 4, failing to down a perfect punt inside the 5, giving up a 59 yard pass on the first play of the GW drive. Failing to call a TO before 4th and 14. And that's just the final few minutes.

Manny bet on himself and lost, predictably.

I think he really though his stellar 'efense was gonna make the stop, lol. He bet on himself, and well we know the rest.

Honestly, he's just a ****y stubborn POS little twerp. Being that he's such an "analytical" guy you'd think he'd umm... ugh nevermind my brain hurts.

They were on the one yard line , every analytic pointed to them being in a very favorable position. At taut point we had two choices…..stopping them four times from the inch line or letting them score. Leaving us close to a minute with timeouts. At no point during the year have we shown to stuff people on short yardage. It was the only way to go but Manny is terrible at the most basic stuff. He’s a bum.

Exactly lol. Our defense hasn’t stopped jack all year

I clearly said I personally felt we should let them score. I said it in the the game thread as well. I'm not defending Manny brother, but head out of my *** I can see the other side of the argument even if I disagree with it. None of it changes Manny being an abysmal coach.
 
Man I supported manny all year long because I didn’t want us to continue with this carousel every 3 To 4 years because it just set us back even more but at this point I cannot support him any longer

Last night was a catastrophic night for cane football! Not only we lost to fsu but most importantly we severe hurt our recruiting class for this years which already was hurting

I didn’t think you were defending manny. You just said you saw both sides which makes sense , I was just giving the percentages of both. Even though I’m not a analytics guy the numbers were more in our favor letting them score. In cfb 50 seconds is an eternity with the clock stopping every first down .

A min left and a TO to save manny. How could he let that be the narrative he is the defensive savant. Can’t wait until he is gone
 
It's one thing to be smart sitting behind a desk or when you have time to think it through, but being able to think on your feet during a game is all together different when chaos and pressure is all around. And Manny can't do that. The moment is too big for him.

That was what ruffled my Jimmy. You have a QB who found his game in the 2nd half and had the O moving. Borregales has a ******* leg even if he's missed a couple of kicks. You're playing with 4 downs the rest of the game, put it in the hands of the offense thats kept your *** employed since the UNC game.

But he bet on his limp-**** self.
