Likens — best WR coach we’ve had since George McDonald. Has recruited well and developed the players on the roster. Also like having a former OC on staff.

T-Rob — We need him on the trail. I understand some of the criticism revolving around the play of the secondary, but understand he was forced to adapt to Manny’s scheme.

Kick to the curb:

Patke
Simpson
Aristide
Justice

Indifferent:

Hickson — done an admirable job, but runningback coaches are a dime a dozen.

DVD / Fields — move to off-the-field roles.

If we happen to get Joe Brady, Likens is worthless. He's a good WR Coach, but that position should really be a recruiter.
