I just hope Jimbo doesn't become Miles' successor and stays at FSU, so the Noles don't have an opening at the same time we do. Especially if we're seriously looking at guys like Charlie Strong, which would allow FSU to go after someone we should be prioritizing.

U can tell he was going to lose his job and they werent going to be as good when saban started picking up kids in nola they started losing a foothold on high rated guys just like um after Butch.

If ur progran ia built by ur turf and u start losing it those results will trickle down to win and losses eventually when prospects leave and u couldnt plug kids in do to them leaving for bama and other schools

Our admin will hopefully be forced to spend more and target an elite guy, due to so many other programs being open.

I see Jimbo getting a nice fat raise from FSU......no reason for him to go to a lesser program in a tougher conference.
 
his Xs and Os are extremely bad. everything else about him is special and elite but the Xs and Os make him not worth it.

recruiting? Not a legit skill
hiring coordinators? Guy has an open checkbook at LSU to get whatever the best name was.....he wasn't developing assistants

In 2015 if you aren't an Xs and Os guy then you shouldn't be landing major program gigs.
