His offense is putrid and like I said this goes back to that train wreck vs Bama in the National Title game some years ago. LSU's receivers in that game was Ruben Randle and Jarvis Landry! But they didn't have a QB who could throw it 5 yards downfield.

Herman is better off staying in Houston until the Texas job opens up. The money Texas will throw at him and being able to hand pick any kids from Texas HS without a fight. That is to good to give up just to coach at LSU or FSU.
 
It baffles me that LSU couldn't find a top notch o-coordinator with all that money they toss around.

I don't think he was either.

Announcers did an awful job at the end. It was clear as day that they didn't get it off and they're like "but can you really tell". Awful.

Yeah. They froze the replay with the clock on 0 with the ball still on the ground in the Center's hand, and those 2 ***** were still claiming there was no evidence to reverse the call.

Despite the offensive troubles, I think LSU hired their future head coach when they brought in Aranda.
