By 'slept on' he means that they took them for granted and thought they could just walk over them. He is laughing at his teammates for underestimating them.

EDIT: Someone else pointed out that LT's tweet was actually in response to another tweet about his draft stock and that when LT said 'slept on him' he meant that Miami's poor showing showed how valuable LT was. Still not sure what that has to do with TVD though.

He tweeted that in response to a tweet projecting him as a second rounder. He was saying mock drafters were sleeping on him for not projecting him sooner. It was dumb and tone deaf imo but I think it got misconstrued. Brashards was trash and indefensible.

Thanks for providing that context... so he is saying scouts slept on him (him = LT) and that is why Miami lost? Still not sure how that has anything to do with players wanting to play hard for TVD, but thank you for clearing up the LT quote.

I don’t think his tweet had anything to do with Miami/Miami fans. But after your team loses you don’t need to tweet about your draft stock. Either way I viewed it as an immature tweet and nothing more than that.

Bruh all those qbs are cheeks and would have lost games bruh what are you talking about. That’s the problem with this fan base yall see one game of a qb and yall think they the savior. We need a real qb for once and the bigger issue was always going to be the OL and DL for that game.

The announcers were pumping up our run defense and we had no one on that line besides Bain. Ofc Rutgers was going to dominate the LOS why anyone is surprised is the most unsurprising part of CIS.

Lame AF. I remember LT on the sideline with a helmet in his hand getting no PT with Manny. Mario could be many things, but this staff helped him become a potential first-round pick. Immature stuff like this can make a team think twice before drafting him.
