On the subject of Devin Bush Jr., how many times have the Canes lost the son of a UM player that they really wanted to another school? Matt Patchan is the one that comes to mind. Any others?

Also, how often has this happened to UF and FSU (besides Bush Jr.)?

Unfortunately, we've lost some solid legacies during down periods....

Andre Carter was a big-time DE at Cal (his father was Rubin Carter from Ft. Pierce Central...) He was a first-round pick a number of years ago for San Fran...

Zach Latimer was a 4-star LB about 15 years ago....(His father was Don Latimer...)

Those are the two that ring a bell, but I'm sure there have been others....

burgess went to louisville

Burgess was 3rd team ALL ACC this year. And let's not forget the savagery he put on us in the bowl game.

Alfredo Roberts son. Not sure if we wanted him but he was a 4star prospect.

We had a kid named Pickett in the eighties. His brother was a stud DL that signed with Ohio State over us.
