America has more childhood poverty (%), more people below the poverty line (%), a higher infant mortality rate, more people suffering from medical bankruptcy, more mass shootings, more crime per capita, a higher incarceration rate, lower life expectancy, and is less educated than Britain. I love my country and wouldn't trade it for any other, but by most measurable metrics, the US is way more of a ****hole than the UK.
