What response is there??? Or course he should look for one. Do you think he can find one 5 weeks before the start of the season? Or are you suggesting I venture a guess at why Manny's didn't already get a LB in the portal? I already said I don't know and that he's earned the benefit of the doubt.

I LOL at those here that think we don't need any depth, these guys are iron horses, and anyone thinking otherwise are chicken littles.

Darian Stephenson was praised by Blake Baker this spring. Colvin Alford is also an option at striker. Shawn Walker has been here three years and was recruited as a LB. All local products. Wouldn't necessarily feel comfortable with any of them on the field but those are names to know.

Not disputing depth but you have no response for the scheme or recruiting unless you have an agenda which it appears you do.

I'm not one who claims to know all the answers. Most people around are guessing throwing things at the wall to see what will stick. Just because I won't guess doesn't mean I have an agenda.

Im going to assume we will field a competent defense. 🤷‍♂️
 
Our LB depth is straight trash going into the UF game. We've definitely had some unfortunate injuries (Steed, Jennings, now Joyner) but most of this predicament is on the staff. I can't even imagine what life would be like if we lost Mike and Shaq to the NFL last year.
 
Y'all just talking circles here.

The depth sucks but playing 4-2-5 primarily gives us some options to work around it. Hopefully Joyner is ready.
