Curious to see how these teams (Texas, Tech, LSU, etc) are throwing BIG money to everyone.

CSC (org formed by the House settlement) issued a statement today saying they will go after teams next week that have signed players to NIL contracts but have not submitted them to the clearinghouse. They are going after teams that are promising "total comp" packages (rev share + NIL), with the NIL portion promised at a later date. I'm sure if they go after one of the big dogs, they will sue like Tennessee did to save collectives last year.

Miami has money when it comes to NIL, but imagine the reason they're not throwing BIG money around to match is that they're being cautious.





 
They will not be able to restrict adults from legally entering into contracts with willing counterparties. There is no CBA. Schools can sign guys to whatever they choose.

lol common sense. We're good overall so I don't really need to have one. But, since I feel entitled at times...I think we should get everyone and get in my feels when we dont. :ROFLMAO:

But I really would LOVE to have speed back in the middle of the field. And everyone has to be in love with this kid's TFL stats.

Wiley better be legit man I just remember him missing a tackle and never seeing him again. Seems like the elites get the goods and we have to wait to see who's left. Not something that can keep happening, it can effect us down the road. And they cant say its because we aren't winning anymore.
 
Really wanted this one. Oh well, can’t get them all. For him to not even visit, you’d have to think Texas broke the bank. I think we’ve seen, that causes problems with teams. Everyone else in that room comes with there hand out. A lot of highly touted players transferring out. Texas will over pay and under perform as always. Waste.

If the guy was only about the money and not fit, production and winning so be it. Disappointing though because he would have feasted in Hetherman's scheme
 
Meh…don’t remember hearing this dudes name once when we steam rolled PITT.

We are now officially at the point where I only want guys here who want to be here isn’t cliche anymore.
