I’ve known some a&m people in passing. But my first real immersive experience was less than desirable and related to the homoerotic movements their somewhat male co-eds participate in.

In 2023, about a month before we played them, I got a call from an elderly tenant of a condo I own in an upscale neighborhood. Never had any issues, quiet and clean beautiful place. She said the new owners of the unit next to her blocked her garage with a u-haul and she asked them to move so she could leave. According to her, they passed her off and laughed about guessing she’s just going to have to wait as they laughed and continued talking ****. I ended up heading over since I live in the same neighborhood and arrived to the father and one of the sons wearing a&m shirts. They were relatively cordial, subtly condescending and denied the exchange as explained. Wearing my Miami polo they exchanged some trash talk about the upcoming game and of course had to mention how dad was a grad and colonel in the army, son was enrolled, and high school son was planning on following in their footsteps.

After listening to self righteous bull**** I went into my tenant’s place where she played the doorbell cam footage which caught the exchange clear as day. Things escalated when I confronted them with the audio/video and the not so honorable colonel lost his mind. As I set things straight and walked back to my truck I said **** a&m. That prompted the enrolled son to break into that bull**** which to me is akin to what Liberace would do when he entered a bath house. They never went out of their way to be a problem to her but she oft stated how living next to them was uncomfortable.
