Latrell Williams

I think Yatil Green came from the same school and he was under the radar with a ton of talent. Everybody was raving about Andre Cooper that year but we knew that we had a better player than Cooper. He just didn't get the attention. Yatil was so talented he went in the first round despite having a less than stellar career, in part because of injuries. (Although it looks now like that was a bad decision by Shula).

This is a classic case of when you should ignore the workout numbers, even though they're pretty dam solid on their own. Especially with Williams' track numbers posted on the previous page by Canesfreak further proving just how fast he is.

If you look at Latrell Williams' highlights and still view him as a 4.5 guy simply because that's his listed time from nearly a year ago, then you need to get your eyes and head examined. This kid can absolutely fly and he's got lateral quicks, too. The shuttle and 40 time from last March don't mean a thing.

It's similar to someone recently knocking Fils-Aime because he ran a 4.8 at some point, even though he's a blur in his highlights against fast competition and is clearly a burner.

The film and the track times were all I needed to see.

He's one of the fastest players in the state.

tried to look at the orlando combine results where he ran that 4.54. looks to me like that was the 2nd fastest 40 ran that day. 4.48 was the fastest
