I could have sworn I seen it in the thread where he got his offers. Don't know if it's official but he definitely runs faster than a 4.4 IMO

Cool your jets. 4.28? Yes, maybe someone generously hand clocked the dude at that, but you can only trust laser times. No one coming out of high school runs that fast, running a 4.4 out of high school is also extremely fast and I doubt it is accurate as well. But it is at least plausible.

I am pumped about the kid and think he is indeed very fast, but he will likely achieve 40 times below 4.4 when he has got a year or two in a college level S and C program.

Why is anyone trippin over times?

Watch the highlights. He's pulling away from Floridian kids. He ain't slow, tell you that much.
 
2vstar is way to low for him. He is easily a 3 star kid if not higher. On his highlights he pulls away from everyone.
 
5* speed, 4*player. If only he were from a different area and went to camps where he could be evaluated more
 
WOW! Just looked at his senior highlights and that's some of the most impressive film I've seen when you consider how horrible his QB is! That QB looked like he was trying to get Latrell hurt. Every throw was under thrown, thrown behind him or thrown into the path of a safety about take his head off.

Kid is tough, shifty and FAST! Very excited about this kid.
 
Usually when a kid commits to a Group of 5 school(USF), Rivals just throws a generic 2 star on them without evaluating them any further. Don't pay attention to stars on this one. He will be bumped up now that he's committed to us. He's a baller with speed to burn at a position of need. Let's go! Welcome to the U Latrell.

Why wouldn't coaches get a kid like this in the right camps to get him more exposure?
 
This kid is a BEAST!!! everyone raves about his speed but I see way more than just speed. He catches everything, can make you miss in a phone booth (without losing speed), has a very very good stiff arm he uses in the open feild to fly by defenders! In Richt's crossing system this kid will feast cause he excels at getting RAC!! Poor man's Percy Harvin. Great return man too!! Will get faster here also with pope training!!!
 
Love the commitment, we our looking at a lethal combination if we reel in bruce, richards, mullins, wims, and williams, love this class as a whole so far. Williams will not only produce on the field but he will also challenge and make our dbs better in practice.

He's fast, no question about that. This makes me wonder what's going to happen with two guys in particular, Richards and Bruce.
