Latest on Diaz from BJ

Where did Diaz as leading candidate come from? I read a couple articles from temple and followed some of their athletic ppl on Twitter. There is like 10 candidates and none of them say manny is the favorite.

Dude, we had Savannah State, FIU and Toledo as OOC games.

We had Duke at home along with the worst FSU team in the last 40 years. We also had a horrid UNC team and Pitt at home as well.

When you lose 4 straight to UVA, Duke, BC and GT you can't keep mentioning we have a soft schedule and expect that we're going to run through it like a hot knife through butter.

do you have any clue how far Miami is from winning any kind of championship ? or how long that would take ?
do you need to be reminded who the HC is and the fact that even with Manny Diaz here, MIAMI LOST TO DUKE !!!

whether its Temple or not ..... first good offer that he gets , Diaz is G O N E !

You're wrong,
Diaz's defense was the real deal statistically and performance wise. BC was the anomaly and almost all the top teams have anomaly games. Against LSU the D gave up 300 yards and had to put up with a pick 6 and Feebles bad punts.

Oklahoma had games where they gave up 40, 56, 47, 48 and 400 yds to Army.

respectfully, Taint losing to Purdue is totally irrelevant to anything concerning Miami.
you might as well talk about salad dressing, or what color was the skipper's shirt on Gilligans Island.

have to go w mdp here man, championship ? where did that come from. Manny is hot right now thats true, losing some pretty good players off this team after the bowl also, will he be able to do this well next year, well i should slap myself look at next years sked, jesus, how pathetic is that, you would think he could maintain seeing those teams but. You cant blame him for being able to read the writing, we're not pushing for chips here anytime soon, if he gets a damm good offer like the Temple job he should take it. Also when you bring up those stats, A) think of the competition, and B) look at our athlete's v that of the competition. We played 1 team this year that could match our horses, and still lost a bunch o games, not a sign o great coaching. Point ? go while your hot, take advantage of it while you can. Oh yea, remember the skippers shirt was blue and Gilligan's was red, and you would hit Mary Ann way before Ginger and you'll be fine

You certainly can. I have faith in this team that it will play more like it did in 2017 and not 2018 on offense. If that's the case, we played way tougher teams in 2017 and with the 2019 schedule being pathetic (too put it nicely), I still see 10-2 if not better. There is no team on the schedule that should challenge us defensively (**** half of them can't throw the ball more than 5 yards) and I believe our offense will be better next year. I look forward to seeing all the young pups who gained experience this year turn into real play makers going forward.

Yes the team that was up by so much after 2 quarters they started playing backups more.... yes the same that gave up 20 points in the first half

The team that averaged less than 300 yards to ranked teams this year

Cause we played against such high powered offenses. The Coastal is the worst division in P5 with no offense. Statistics dont mean shlt when you are playing shlt competition. I am not saying D is trash....I am saying we wont win ACC championship/Nattys with him running the defense.
