Latest on Diaz from BJ

A couple of things:

1. No way in **** is Temple paying a HC $3 million per year. That would make Diaz the highest paid Group of 5 coach
2. Manny is not the only guy in the mix for the job so the 'He Gone' crowd needs to f*ck off with that
3. Elko is more than likely the front runner for that role given the Philly ties

Mannys stock is as hot as it's ever been and probably will be. He obviously is frustrated by the Offense and Special Teams.

He'd be a fool not to leave. Richt ain't gonna change.

Huh. I've been bloviating about that message for many, many, many, many, many and many more moons now. Heck, one can see and feel Diaz's frustration, anger and heartache in all of his recent interviews! dUh.

Oh, and one more thing. Richt didn't do the program any good, he did it HARM, when he SPIT ( Figure of speech. ) in Manny's face and decided to go for the BLUNDERED onside kick against mighty Virginia. Yikes. There was THREE plus minutes left and Richt DIDN'T TRUST Manny's defense and all that. Go figure.

The bottom line is that late game sequence was the proverbial STRAW which BROKE Manny's back and his defenses back- Metaphor not literal. dUh.

Not Elko.

He recruited and coached soFla kids at Bowling Green and Wake Forest...look at their rosters when he was their DC....also, some of his former assistants coaches recruit soFla, including Nick Monroe, who is currently the safety coach at Syracuse...anyways, not sure what your point is as Temple's roster is primarily northeast based..

Yes, Temple's roster is primarily northeast based and with Diaz it will get a talent infusion from S. FL.

This is a dumb take. He didn't do it because he didn't trust Manny's D. Manny's D was phenomenal all year! He did it because we had the 15yd penalty. So the options were give them the ball on the 25 as the kick was surely to go out of the end zone, or have a chance and getting it immediately back and worse case give it to them around the 40. Fifteen extra yards for a shot at immediate possession. It wasn't some UGA-fake-punt-esque mind boggling call. Of course, no one thought it'd be picked up and run back.

I see and feel that you're a Richt SLURPPER! Go figure.

Again, everyone pulls soFla talent these days....the type of talent they will get from soFla is not going to be elite.....again, their primary recruiting grounds will remain in the Northeast.

If offered, he’s going to take the job. Banda and Patke will probably go with him. You guys do know Richt hired Manny. I would expect a big DC hire. Not sharing any names but they would be 4/3 guys.

manny was round when mack brown was finished. he probably is worried he will be out of a job after 2019.
