(2018)..Jack Fisk..LT…6-5/290..was 300+ last year and not in that good of shape. He improved his bench 80 lbs since last year (250 to 330) and squat up 60 lbs to 430. He is much more athletic and aggressive moved to LT this year.

Searels: OT Still a 'Huge Need' In Recruiting for Hurricanes" Aug 9, 2016

"There's a lot of kids who can develop their senior year that get overlooked at first because so many people start to get offers early in their sophomore years. Does those kid continue to grow and improve like you think he will or is there a ceiling there?," Searels asked.

"You always have to have your eyes open for late bloomers on the offensive line. Kids from their sophomore years to their senior years are going to grow a lot." Searels said.

He has made some big strides from sophomore to junior year in play and remolding his body. Let's see if it continues. He has worked hard to get where he is now and could be a guard or RT at the next level if he continues to make good progress. I keep in mind what Coach Seareles said about maturity in the OL-men.

I have heard that some of the big power private and charter schools have offered him. No offense to his present school but the coaching and level of copetition he would be exposed to an those bigger schools would help him even more.

Is he the only one they have tried to recruit?

Look at some of those OL people that STA has recruited like - Santerling from Hallandale, Haslem from Dade Christian and Sejmi Dumervil-Jean from Boyd Adnerson I believe. This Fris kid looks so much better than they do. Those three are not even in the class of Herbert, Slaton at AH. Heck even the kid at Miramar Dolcine looks better that the STA recruits. I heard he was offered by some private schools.

Sebastian Sainterling - Hudl
Kedonis Haslem - Hudl
Dejmi Dumervil jean - Hudl

Neither Sainterling or Haslem have their JR films out yet. I really like Sainterlings film from Hallandale and his size is incredible at 6'3" 360 for a C lol. Haslem I heard sucks. DDJ has most of his JR film at NT and a little at RT but he isn't an OL imo.

Fisk has shown he can play LT in that particular division of Broward Public Schools but will probably have to move to RT or guard at the next level. I do respect his desire to be in better condition and he has worked at it and looks much better when compared from to his previous year but needs the same level of improvement to be a higher level division one candidate.

Santerling was 6 3 and 360 at the Nike AH Combine back in March but dropped out of the testing. He was just measured height and weight. He is massive and can block straight ahead well but has trouble with speed rushers and needs to lose about 30-40 pounds to be able to play a whole game
Haslem was not all that great at the small school Dade Christian and less of a factor at the STA level.

Dumervil is now playing NT at STA and just fill a space there-needs weight loss and then athletic ability somewhat limited. At Combine ran a 6.6--40 at 365 pounds while Slaton as 353 pounds ran a 5.37 and Donaldson as 345 pounds ran a 5.29!!!

The reason he was recruited appears to be that his because younger brother a 6-5 and 265 DT and as a freshman looks like he is going to be special.

This guy is decent, nothing special about.

However, while watching his film I noticed the C and LG were always generating movement off the ball and winning their battles. Really impressed with this C, listed at 6'3" 270. Definitely needs a couple years in the weight room but he looks solid.

Senior Highlights - Nick Weber highlights - Hudl

The guard Gaynor 6-4/290 a Minnesota commit may receive a Miami offer soon.
