Last year's Hetherman/Minnesota defense...

I've been following UM football since 1967; so outside of about 20 years of terrific squads, I've seen some really bad Miami teams.

But last year's secondary was head and shoulders worse than any of the units UM has ever suited up.

There might be worse units but they seemed like they were confused and didn't know how to run the system, looked like you could poach a secondary from a G5 team that actually knew how to run their system and the G5 secondary would have been better.

Hetherman’s Minnesota mostly held meh offenses in check, shutting down Wisconsin and UCLA is nice, but Penn State and UNC exposed limits.
