Louisville - 3 points - out gained us in yards
SMU - 6 points - out gained them in yards

19 points decide 5 different games. It’s so ******* annoying to think what ANY real, prepared coach could have done these last 2 seasons.

And the reason is because Mario plays not to lose and whenever he does get out by a couple scores he goes into his caveman offense and prevent defense which gives the other team a chance to catch up…

He’s lucky as **** that he didn’t lose to Notre Dump and the Semenholes who he let catch up playing not to lose after being aggressive and attacking on both offense and defense had gotten us out to big leads.

That’s not “stat bait.” That’s a sample size of a full regular season. If you consider that selective, why did you only go back 21 games? Did you not want to count his 12-13 record before that?

It doesn’t work like that. James Franklin and Brian Kelly just got fired with better records than Mario. Either you win something of value and continue to get better or you find another job. Mario has done neither. The 7-5 in his last 12 shows the program isn’t getting better.
