A couple names still getting kicked around, Rich Rod too...

Still think we should ride with two OCs. I actually like it a lot more when I think about it. I get the feeling that two guys will sort-of keep each other in check and always kicking around new ideas.

Fedora has had two 10 win seasons and was a close to knocking off Clemson in the ACCCHGM. Not only do I want him as our OC, but if Manny does get fired, it'd be nice to have him the rest of the way. Hopefully, he does well enough so neither he nor Manny loses their respective jobs.

Rich Rod would be a great fit but I'm worried about him only getting one season. It would probably take a season or two to get his offense up in running at a high level. His offense is a perfect fit for these South Florida kids. He runs a run version of the spread. If we had rich Rod as OC and brought in Lamar Jackson to play QB they likely win a national championship. **** hes more qualified to be HC then Manny tbh

Ehh, I want the QB primarily as a passer, not a runner and RR usually allows his QB to take a pounding. I'd rather have our QB distribute the ball and then occasionally surprise the D with a run ala T-Lawrence.

Fedora and Manny would be bumping heads.
fedora gets a top 30 offense and he’s out. But he did put up over 30 points on Clemson in the ACCC game.
At least it will show people that the right dude can get it done here and provide momentum even if it’s only for one year.

Positives ... he can do a lot of push-ups.

Negatives ... the Just for Men beard

I like an OC eith head coaching experience. Diaz needs people around him who know the game from a head coach's perspective and can help guide Diaz.. Probably won't happen because Diaz will feel intimidated having an OC with more HC experience than him.

Assistant coaches who ha ve had head coaching experience are very valuable even to well established HCs. Just ask Saban.
