He’s at Duke but he only recruited 2 players in the 2020 class both 3 star receivers. Duke isn’t known for dropping bags, can he recruit without them?

Probably a notch below elite without bags and still a notch above Stubbs. Even recruiters need a product to pitch and while Duke is an academic dream school, that may work against anyone there as far as football goes. Not defending him just looking at both sides.
