I don't know that he has the pull to get a strong one.

We need a strong teacher AND recruiter.

We gotta poney up the cash for a good one but most likely will settle for a former bartender that Lashlees been friends with for years.

Nah this ain’t the job to give to a coach still learning his way. Whoever is the OL coach will probably have the toughest turnaround to achieve. This need to be a veteran.

To be fair Ricker is a veteran. He’s been coaching P5 for more than a decade... just a bunch of stops that make you wonder why he doesn’t stick anywhere

Would love a vet OL (possibly AHC) coach. Drop bags. Worth every penny. WR coach who is an ace recruiter. Think Trooper Taylor. Keep Fields or replace with Lockette

Troopers run is over. Does he even coach anywhere now? He is a nine bag man and nobody wants him near their program.

I was curious about this as well and started a thread on this earlier, I included the link below for you to look at. I don’t care that you started a similar topic at all, I only mention it so you can look back on what some people said. A couple people dropped some names to consider but it was mostly posters b!tching.
