Laugh all you want about that 72 team...
It was put together Brilliantly....Entire team played in Sync....Warfield's route running was Top 5 of all time...Twilley oddly enough owned all the NCAA Receiving records then...The OL with Little...Kuechenberg...and Langer were All World...Watch their Sweeps back then, with Merc's hand on Littles back....Loved them...and the 73 team was even better, despite 2 losses.

Guess you had to see it to believe it......glad I was!
 
I was blessed to go to a lot of games during that era. Zonk was incredible. Tough guy. 4.5 yards/carry in his Fins years mostly between the tackles in an era when the box was full of nasty LBs expecting runs between the tackles.
