Brown was one of the most over hyped coaches we had at one point.

He will land somewhere like you said but he was never that good.
Says a lot about the rest of the coaches if he indeed was a little bit overhyped. Imo overall he was the best offensive coach assistant as his group consistently performed the last 3 years compared to the other assistants

The only name on that list that makes a lateral move is Dugans. Everyone else takes a demotion, goes to a non P5 school, or doesn't find work. Always the hallmarks of a superstar staff.

Another thing to consider is that one or more may get rehired by UM once the new OC is in place.

Searels always finds places to work as hes won a title as an oline coach.
Has been at LSU, Georgia, Texas, va tech and Miami which is more than just a solid resume

Hartley will get a TE job someplace.

Brown will probably end up in the sec. good coach and value as a rb coach. Maybe at South Carolina with Derrick McClendon his boy at uga being the oc.

Dugans FSU likely

USCe would be more likely to promote Marcus Lattimore from support roll IMHO

Diaz seems to be in control of the entire staff and not just the OC. He mentioned today that there could be hires made for position coaches without the OC being yet hired.

The sad thing is the offensive staff collectively has a better chance to be hired then It would be if Diaz fires the entire Defensive staff.

Defensive staff is a complete joke for a 5x National champ program

Manny only gets one shot at his “dream job”. Let see if does what it takes.
