Lammons, Wilson, & Lane...Yea?

I dont want to sound like sour grapes. But out of the 3..Lane is the only one I would SMH at not getting. Wilson and Lammons are nothing to be upset about. Hes not VH3,Poole or even Roberson for that matter. I have asked the gator cats who post on here on numerous occasions that if Lane were not in the picture would they accept Wilsons commit alone.

I will admit though that it is upsetting that ATM UF has come and taken the top 2 offensive skill positions players in Dade. Nothing we can do about that. Lets hope Griffin comes back in Dec and that Yearby is all I think he will be.

Same size as Nigel without the elite speed, Next. We are loaded at CB with 8 already on the roster and 3 prospect committed. Plus we will probably have 2 sophomores starting this year in Howard & Crawford.
 
It was going to be Bethel or Lameons and Bethel is faster. I doubt we would take two short corners.
 
Please don't make Lane and the other guy threads too. We all know what they are doing.
 
I wonder what happens this January when we are 13-0 and in Pasadena, and the gators lost because they didn't care in the Drano **** Bowl as the 5th place SEC team, and Cook, Lane, Lammons and Clark come begging Miami to take them.

Dudes... All these kids are are off the South Florida Express 7 on 7 team, lead by coach Brett Goetz a UF Alum... Quincy's dad, Chad (UM Alum during Randy's time), also coaches the team AND is the head coach at University School... All the kids from the University School and SF Express are being directed elsewhere... Sorry, there is nothing we can do about it. They are being recruited all the time "outside" of the reach of the colleges through there 7 on 7 events and teams.

Lets see who else plays on this team for the 2014 year...
Ermon Lane
Devante Phillips
Quincy Wilson
Chis Lammons
Sony Michel
I don't recall the rest as I'm not into HS Sports that much, just the players were interested in.

I'm sure there is a bunch of 2015 and 2016 players as well.
 
Lammons is a good football player, but there are kids who are as good or better who come out of Dade every single year.

Lane bothers me a bit, and so does Sony Michel.

Even Dalvin Cook is overrated in my mind. Kid misses a team bbq because he's drunk and hung over, that doesn't speak to someone who's going to succeed at the next level. Besides, as good as his measurables are (size, speed, etc), he's no Adrian Peterson. Cook, at best, is a slightly better version of Lamar Miller. Yearby has better feet, vision, and I think we got the one we wanted more.

Now if we can get Fournette....
 
please no lane and wilson threads later...we know theyre both committing to UF tonight so can we just not over react and bash the coaching staff. we cant get everyone in dade and broward and we already have 25 so dont disrespect current commits please

who cares about lammons and wilson committing, we dont want them. our coaches have shown no interest in them. as far as lane, i think dixon is our #1. i could be wrong.

dalvin cook would be a great addition but why do people act like yearby is a bum?

Fournette would be the biggest commit in the Golden error besides Duke. I think Yearby can be our next Duke, then we can sprinkle in a little bit of Gus the Bus in short yardage. Everyone just needs to chill out on the RB position, we are loaded with at least 1 more year of Duke.

Might be some truth to this. I don't think we have a single 2014 player from SFE committed that I can recall...

Wow that's crazy.
 
Bethel rated at #91 best CB and Lammons rated #34, what's up with that? Bethel is much faster and covers like a glove from what I've read.
 
i dont think the Alabama's, florida's, Miami's of the world offer kids who are just average lets not be intellectually dishonest with ourselves. he obviously has a skill set a lot of top schools covet
