Lack of RB breakaway speed/ Receivers with no hands..

I disagree with that and agree with Terd - something happened with Homer because he has most definitely lost the burst he should the last 2 years. I don't know if it's an injury thing or an S&C change that has impacted him.

And it's not just Homer. I felt the same about a few others as well.....Dallas excluded because he put on so much weight.

You really can't be so stupid to blame 2 losses on Homer. Over 130 plays in those 2 loses and he ran for over 150 yards. What did the rest of the offense do?

i agree. i think they tried to turn them into s&c backs but to me even seeing their hs tape. dallas and homer were playmakers but didnt have elite speed like a lingard.

If we don't have one already, I think our S&C staff needs a dedicated speed/agility guy.

Strength looks good. Endurance looks good. Speed/agility? It seems some guys were faster and/or more agile when they first came in (should be opposite), or now it's the freshmen who are faster. Guys like Lingard will always be fast naturally, but i'm talking across the board.

This is a sad post, cause it shows you have a lot to learn about football. First off, homer wasnt playing at 100% most of the year. But even still, the guy who ran homer down, you might wanna go and check who he is before thinking he just got caught by some slow poke. Than you questioning perry being pulled after going 3 of 6 for 20yrd and 2picks, lol, than when he comes to the sidelines and coach richt is asking him questions about the coverages he's seeing and he cant answer, that showed and shows he was not prepared and wasnt trying to prepare properly, but you posting video's, get real man. We're fine at runningback, receivers wise, once payton gets here, he stays healthy, he'll come in and make plays, and raise the play of the others around him, and dont let t.j. jones and baywatch commit to as well.

Bottom line, you cant blame coach richt for perry not being prepared, its on perry now to take his preparation to the next level, this not highschool, he has the talent but mentally is where he'll either sink or swim.

Okay, Homer is not the FASTEST back in CFB.

However, DBs are typically a little faster then RBs and usually have an angle and run less yards when in pursuit.

For his size he's pretty darn good.
 
Yeah, every team has their 10 percent of " negative " dude's, but with Miami the percentage is FOUR out ten. Go figure.

How can it be based on big plays when Corch Richt himself said we didn't need big plays to win?!?
