This is the first time in the last 5 seasons that Miami will return the same OC and DC. This is very big for the development of the players on this team. It has been a very long time since Miami combined talented players with coaching consistency.
Take a player like Wes who often looked confused last season but most forget the kid was learning his 3rd defense in 3 years (if you count high school). Now with the opportunity to be in the same defensive system with the same DC and LB coach, he (as well as all the other returning players on this team with the exception of RB and hopefully CB) should have the opportunity to get comfortable in the system and allow things to slow down.
I truly expect a big jump for several players on both sides of the ball simply because the experience and familiarity in the offensive and defensive systems.
