Last night was a career night for Kyshawn George. The second-year forward for the Washington Wizards stepped up big time in the team’s 117-107 win over the Dallas Mavericks.

George poured in 34 points on an efficient 11-of-15 shooting, including 7-of-9 from three-point range. He also pulled down 11 rebounds, chipped in 4 assists, 2 steals, and 3 blocks.

After yesterday's performance he is averaging 27.5 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game. He has a shooting percentage of 60.0...

There was something strange about how little and how effectively he played, compared to how good he is already as a pro.
But some players are much more suited to the open NBA game, and his jump shot is vastly improved, which comes with age and practice.

Jamal Crawford played one season at Michigan and almsot no one has a memory fo that, including Michigan fans.
People are going to wonder why VJ Edsgecombe was like the 4th scoring option at Baylor last season.
 
Yeah and when he did play, he didn't do much. Was an alarming sign that we couldn't get more out of him here.
The hard truth is, he wasn't allowed to really do anything at Miami, because he was restricted by Coach Larra's system.

His game is free-flowing making plays off the dribble in a more simplified style of Offense that generates more shot opportunities off ball screens & ISO.
