Watched some of Hester's training vids on YouTube and I came away impressed. Dude is cerebral and stresses explosiveness and maximizing the players by focusing on movements that specifically cater to each position group. He had advanced data systems in place to track everything. I have a suspicion Gus wasn't nearly as detail oriented.

This S&C coach is such a crapshoot hire yet it maybe the most important one on the team. There was a reason Saban did everything in his power to keep Kirby from hiring Cochran away. Again we a need total psychopath and anyone who says they know both Hester and Davis enough to make the call on who the better hires I would like to know why they believe this.
