From Florida too. What was his injury

On June 3 we confirmed that All-American kickoff returner Josh Youngblood had surgery on both legs to correct shin splints, an ailment that apparently had dogged the Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Year since his playing days at Berkeley (Fla.) Prep in Tampa.

Go and get him. No excuses. If he’s the returner of the year it means he’s got some speed and some wiggle and home run ability. And also if you return kicks successfully it means you’ve got some stones and can run through some contact.

And to answer your next question no I have not seen him play

So get him, without even having seen him play? Yeah that’s how we’re going to turn this around.

Think it's because we're so desperate with WR.

That’s the kind of desperation that makes you an even bigger loser. You have to do your due diligence. No matter what.

Maybe if we had done a better job before, we wouldn’t be in the situation we are now with wide receiver. Remember who recruited most of the wide receivers that are sophomores and older.

Opposing coaches are going to tell transfers our backup QB is kosi and ask if they really want to go play with him. This is why we need to get TVD some action and hopefully impress a little

Would even be eligible to play during this season?

I don't remember the last time a kid transferred in mid-season & could play right away.

And I would still take him no doubt for next year, I'm just curious if he would be able to play immediately.

Sitting out this season because if shin surgery. Both legs from what I understand. Before taking should be heavily evaluated. Still does not fit the good, big and physical reciever the Canes need even if totally healthy

Ps. Have no clue how serious that kind of surgery is

Assuming he’s healthy.... I don’t even care about playing offense I just want someone to be able to return punts and kickoffs
