Kosi Perry

It's amazing how people are still on here defending Perry. I called it in the first game he played that he doesn't make reads and locks onto his first target. People, admitting Perry is not good does not mean you think Rosier is. Is Richt doing a great job right now? No, but Perry got pulled for a reason and has looked bad all season with exception of a couple decent drives.

Was at the game today.. Kosi is not the issue!! Richt and this offensive staff is lost. Offense experimented with motion for the first half. We don't know how to scheme around the motion yet. Langham and Wiggins running motion??? The middle of the field was open all game. Flats was open all game too. Our route combinations is lackluster. Duke played a lot of back off coverage (kill that with screens) Although the offense was bad, the team seem more amped up when 5 is in the game. Seems like our plays are designed to have one read. This is a system issue. Reminds me of how we ran a 3-4 with D'onofrio.

For one there is no Fvckin QB Coach, For two weather had a drastic effect on this game, Three the kid had 3 drives start backed up inside our own 10 which limited play calling with the 1st playcall being a stupid screen pass that almost got us a safety. One of his first drives past our own 10 and DJ Dallas fumbles the ball. Say what you want but the Jury is still out on Perry. No way you or anyone else can convince me that it’s time to give up on this kid. Richt has put him in some really bad spots almost as if he was hoping the kid would fail. Malik should never see the field again, Perry should start all next game and then he and Jarren Williams should get a jumpstart on the QB competition for next year starting with the VT game saving Jarren from burning his RS.

Its not the coaching staff, Its Perry.....Hes been in the program 1.5 years, Hes clueless....Look at James Blackmon at FSU 5x the quarterback then Perry..Has no presence in the pocket, looks down recievers he jus sucks and was overhyped.

All our QBs look bad! What's the common factor? The coaches! An inept OC, a 30-year playbook, and a QB coach who is clueless/inexperienced and who never even played a down of D1 ball as a player.

Not to mention an OL that is 18-deep but that just can't perform? Why? The coaching!

This is clearly and unequivocally a poorly coached offense from top to bottom with zero accountability. Richt, the one person in charge of overseeing the offense, is overwhelmed with his responsibilities and in way over his head.

And one more thing: you can't judge Perry by what you saw yesterday. The QB carousel has obviously hurt his game. He wasn't looking down receivers like that earlier in the year. On the contrary; he was doing things that were advanced for his level.. the whole country saw it, as evidenced by this film breakdown:

He also began multiple drives backed up into his own endzone and the receivers had a huge case of the drops yesterday (probably because of the rain).

The fact of the matter is that Perry should have been QB1 from day 1 of spring camp. He should've received all the attention and all the reps that a starter gets-- since way back then. Granted, that didn't happen, but then it should've happened once we did make him the starter. He should not have been pulled against UVA so quickly, and he should've started at BC. Had the coaching staff prioritized and committed to him from the spring, or at least at the beginning of this season, he wouldn't have looked so clueless last night when he was haphazardly thrown into the wolves.

He still can't read a defense. Couldn't/didn't in hs and still can't. Waste of a scholie. At least 10 freshman qb's starting for other schools. Move on to Williams and see what he can do. Otherwise next year is actually going to worse
