For those of you calling for Briles or other dynamic OCs, why would they want to move across the country to hitch themselves to this HC who might be done in an year or two... zero job stability!!!

Because when that HC job opens up either they'll be considered for the job (assuming they vastly improved the offense, which should occur given the plethora of talent we possess compared to smaller D1 schools) or they'll start gaining traction for other HC positions.
