The kids banded together in spite of him. I don’t know of a championship team that hates the town and it’s head coach more than this one. Good for the kids. I’m happy for them and Schu. He did create a culture of the best kid plays and at the position the coaches decide. No one player gets to be on that field all game long. He has as much depth and experience as any team could hope for. Kirby is an ***, but he’s built a winning program, in spite of his own personal liabilities.Yup, a culture so amazing that Richt's WR Lawrence Cager walked in to and was their best WR while hardly improving. Not saying he's a corch, but "culture" ain't the reason he finally beat Saban.
