Choked...UGA fires Richt BUT are still no further than they were when they fired him. Now he’s losing a lot of Richt’s players...they’re going 9-3 next year, they’re not going to be able to replace Sony and Nick.
 
Lol at all u fkn Kirby Smart groupies... dude is a fckn choke artist. U lose with a better qb (future 1st round potential), two 1st round rbs.... Sony Michel is the hot hand and u barely use him when the game was on the line?? Foh!

Lorenzo Carter, Raquan Smith, etc...

I said it earlier in this thread. If there was a time for UGA to win, it was now. They'll own their division, but nothing further than that.
 
I have never seen a 2nd half in a championship game coached so bad. There offense and defense went into prevent mode, what a choke.

I'm not so sure they even own their division, but your larger point stands. This was there year. I don't think the stars will be aligning for them like they did this year with the Seniors and lucky breaks here and there.
 
Sounds like sour grapes but if Bama played this sloppy 5 years ago, UGA (and CMR) would have won the 2013 National Championship.

I agree that Sony sitting was a collosal mistake. He had more juice than Chubb, shiftier, faster, and gets his pad level lower. Crazy what they did.

As for having a better QB, no way. The Hawaiian is legit as ****. That dude is going to elevate Gama's offense to a terrifying level with all that wide receiver talent they have. The Ridley TD, rope after rope, he's sick.

You know these coaching things are funny. Guy gets named HC. Seen it a hundred times. Last coach is pushed out by Alumni and new coach benefits from talent left. New coach takes them far because of talent. Talent graduates. New coach has to replace and is never as good recruiter as previous coach. I think that is what happened at UF with Meyer, Miami with Erickson third year, Coker third year, and Golden in first year. I could go on and on with examples of it. Coaches are gifted with talented squads and never build on it. My prediction is that Kirby Smart is another fraud. He won't be this close to a natty again after this year. He isn't going to recruit another QB like he got this year ever. Why would you commit four years to him after this loss. He choked, badly for all the world to see.

You nailed that. I'm sure so many people were thinking "the natty is on the line - why are you still rotating the backs?". Between the semi and the final, Sony was BY FAR the best back. That rookie swift looked absolutely lost at times.
 
Garbage *** Smart...Richt set him up perfect and he f'd it up. 20 to 7, 2nd and 26...What the ****!! Definite corch...I really hate Bama mann..
