I think we can agree that Kiffin's brand has deteriorated. He went from NFL head coach, to UT head coach, to USC head coach to FAU. Ouch! I can guarantee you that he never thought that he would be at FAU.

He is definitely an upgrade over Charlie Fartridge, though.

From what's been mentioned in the Jeudy thread, Kiffin has no effect on Jeudy whatsoever. It may help with Smith on the other hand.

It could cut both ways. If JJ liked Kiffin and Kiffin was a factor in the recruitment, then it could be an issue. But the 78 lb. cvnt could say that he wants to have a more explosive offense and that could help them.

Where it could be a positive is if CMR argues that his staff is like a family and will stay around for a while, while pointing out that coaches are leaving that program yearly.
