Last I tried, I have UVerse intenet (for the record, AT&T can eat a #$@&), it said it was unavailable or some crap.

If you have basic coverage you won't get it, the sports package is like 5-10 bucks more a month but you get it(I used to have Uverse when I used to live with my parents)

ESPN 3 you can get on the ESPN app on your Xbox One. That's how I watch it.
