From an outsider’s prospective Smith seemed like he was one of the better coaches. Seemed like he got a raw deal when both of his best lead back got injured. Parrish was not intended to be a every down back and he had Sherman Klump as his other option. Didn’t realize he was a lazy recruiter.

Usually if there's problems in a workplace and everyone but the boss is labeled the problem, then the reality is that the boss is the main issue. He couldn't get his players or coaches to believe in the process if what some are saying is true. That's on him, not them.

But he’s Miami bro….great recruiter but he grinds his staff like Saban (w/o the rings). I’m hoping he can stack the recruits and loosen the reigns just a tad bit.
