He was also recruited to play in and fits better in their 3-3-5 defense. He's an ideal 4i that they play a lot of at FSU

At Miami he probably needs to grow a little more and be an 3tech. We run a little 4i and have a role for him but its not a starting role. More like what Blount did this year. 10-15 snaps a game. Maybe 20.

Not a knock on lowe. Kid is definitely a freak. HOWEVER unless you've seen Allen up close no pads, nothing. Just simply face to face, their is ZERO comparison. Allen literally was like the ****** hulk. After a life of playing sports and being around some freakish specimens, ON GOD. I've never seen one single solitary human that walks this earth besides people like the obvious in several body builders (who are nowhere near athletically what allen was let alone the fact ALLEN DIDNT EVEN WORK OUT!)that even compare to what allen was physically. TRUST ME bruh was different. Only saw him even get upset once when we were playing denver. We were all going out to team buses after the game and him and one of my teammates(who was a freak himself that was talked about like that around the league)got into an argument. Things were said and allen ended up slapping him once. Knocked him out cold. One slap, snoring. My teammate who as I said was like that had to have his jaw wired... Never saw him snap any other time in life. 🤣 I rag him to this day about it.

It took me 11 years but I finally confirmed it (on my own)!

I think it’s well understood amongst UM fans that Bailey was a metahuman. Bill Brassky levels of strength. Even in the nfl he looked like he could ragdoll people.

It always seemed kinda strange to me that he didn’t have a bigger NFL career.

He was that dude. He is a freak for certain, only going off if pictures with this guy, I've met Bailey. Day one though, Bailey in high school it was what is this dude about. The wingspan is beyond nuts on its own right. Thanks for sharing the story.

when i was a student i ran into bailey in stanford dining hall and couldn’t believe how big he was as an incoming freshman. gave him a handshake and his fingers were touching my wrist. dude could’ve taken my pulse while shaking my hand.

The only thing that stops Al from being one of the most talented football players ever was his work ethic or lack thereof. Because he was never held to the same standard as all of the rest of us. That's not a knock on him. You got to just imagine what it means for not only in a college that was known for the talent we had on the field and also more than that how hard we works but you got a dude who's starting and is a monster as a starter that like doesn't bust his *** at all in practice and doesn't work out at all in season off season nothing. Do you know what that is to go through a college like we did and all those years in the NFL and never once were you forced to work out. I'm sorry but that is insane. Most people will never even grasp how hard you have to work to even play in the NFL or to play in college let alone to start and be highly productive at that. And not once were you told if you don't work out if you don't do this if you don't do that we're taking your job or taking your scholarship. SHIIIIIIIIIIT. As badass as some of us were just think about that Just from some of the videos and some of the stories you I've heard none of us tried to force his hands. Not once ever did anybody say yo Al you got to do this you got to do that. He just did what f*** he wanted to and was **** good at it.
