Might be why the staff might have been caught off guard with the timing, cause they were trying to play both, but Jackson just jumped in.

Just get them here and let it work itself out... If a couple leave a year or two from now ( and they will, it's the new norm) then so be it.... Have to stack talent to offset the losses...
