Their D is no better than last years. I've watched all 3 of their games, they are fast as always but they are still under-sized like they have been the last few years. ECU pushing them around was no fluke. Dadi Nicholas is good but if our tackles get their hands on him, it's a wrap. The other end is nothing special, and two tackels are basically overachieving version of Earl Moore and Corey King. They play extremely hard and scrappy but get pushed around because of size. They are down to a walk-on at the Mike, and two 215lb guys at the Will and Sam. This is why they play that bear, blitz all night D. They feel if you can beat their db's, you deserve to win. Their db's jump routes like lemmings, and get burned often. Extremely high-risk, high reward type team on D. Offensively, well...they are pretty much anemic. Trust me, that hurt QB of theirs is being rushed back. Their QB situation is bad. The current starter is an ATH, and the two guys they signed last year have already been passed over for Lawson who because of his youth is being used like we use Rosier.


Bottom line...I'm not worried about them. Worry about GT, getting Mike London out our heads for once, and proving we can at least play with FSU.
 
It's really spectacular how much this ******* season is just BEGGING for us to go 12-0 and reach the ACC title game. Almost every one of our toughest opponents has suffered a brutal rash of injuries, or has lost a key coach (Morris leaving Clemple is enormous, can't be understated.)
