We talking about 2026 and if you really wanna go there last year then you have to talk about everything Toure did last year……. Which ain’t nothing to chirp about except for that one play against Texas A&M
Some of you really need to stop and think about what Heatherman is looking to accomplish on defense. His main goal is to stop the run and put teams in second and third and long. And then he matches aggression with blitzing and safety with soft zones. Through 4 games this year no one has come close to running on them. That has alot to do with the LB’s and hitting the right fits. If they stop the run he will live with some busts in the soft coverage knowing that if the run game is erased, eventually a sack or turnover will happen. Let’s see how 1 and 9 play next week. If the run is removed from the offense, you will continue to see those guys start.

Look man, Heatherman is one of the smartest coaches we have had here in a long time. He also coaches the LB’s. I am going to trust him over a bunch of opinions of fans. This isn’t Mark NoD or Manny Diaz out here coaching the LBs.

Mofoer you have two eyes right. You have seen the two play I know the limitations on toure. I don't know wileys ceiling but he has the potential to be special.
