Al and Randy have proved beyond a doubt that color does not stop someone from being a horrible coach, nor does it make them a good one. despite the fact that Al is white he is on the verge of getting fired even though he has a huge advantage contractual over Randy. See, Randy was hired over his head because he would take the job on the cheap. Donna was paying off her other mistakes football and basketball so they needed someone for under a million. Randy had never been a HC so he had little leverage, when renewal time came he was already a failure. Al, was blessed with the nevin scandal and leverage it to ridiculous extension before the idiots could notice he was useless.

Coker and Randy probably should have been fired after year thee(Coaker lost 2 games with 6 frigging 1st round picks) and it was fairly clear Randy was loss. For me Al clearly should have gone after 3 also, especially when he made it clear that he didn't need to change anything after Strong raped him. Be careful now because it Al does get fired, chances are frigging BOT will be looking for another bargain coach and it might be a black dude not ready for prime time again.
