We were competitive n took lead. Alot of Cane fans made the trip to Doak. We need a couple difference makers on defense.

We have plenty of difference makers on defense. We have terrible coaching on defense that doesn't know how to effectively utilize said difference makers.
 
Your wrong my friend. On Cooks first touchdown , what is Bush doing going after the qb, he has containment. He got his *** ripped by Donofrio when he went to the sideline, just like Kirby, some players are physically gifted but not mentally.
 
Kaaya played like a MAN. Reminded me of the Orange Bowl loss to Nebraska when Costa was getting hit almost every throw. He sure could have used the hint of a running game, though. I don't think he'll make it a full season if he continues to get hit like that. The targeting penalty hit early in the game was vicious.

Please tell me you are not supporting coach D. If so please let me know so I don't waste my time responding as coach D is a ******* embarrassment to the sport of football.
 
The targeting penalty was weak. This is football. Amazing how soft we've got. We did that in the 80s all the time
 
Boris I'm with u, only reason Doritos has a job is because of his friend Al. I believe they both will be gone before Dec. Players are also at fault sometimes.
 
If you're blaming players at this point you're a lunatic. If you're trying to do that, it's the staff's job to:

1. Recruit better players
2. Instruct them better

The blame at this point rests solely on the coaching staff.

I remember when probably some of u said the same thing about Butch. Remember,
1. He was a terrible game day coach
2. Blew timeouts
3. Up by 17 against East Carolina at half n we lost

How about Jimmy Johnson
1. Up by 30 at half n loss to.maryland
2. Following week Hail Flutie

now Jimmy n Butch are Gods, all of you would of fired them. Mental midgets.
 
Totally agree with Caneibal...Bush was out of position all night long...Looked like it was his first time in a football game..

You are calling out our most important denfesimve player for one bad play? Granted he played poorly yesterday but of all ppl he is the last person u should say is not a playmaker.
 
No you guys wonder why I call all of you.mental midgets. Cccccoooorrrnnnn Ellldddeeerrr, wake up is our no 1 defensive player, wow I feel like Dr Frankenstein when he asked what brain did you bring me and the answer was the jar said ab normal.

When an occasional mistake is made it's on the player, when it happens routinely it's on the coach.

This year 5 and the D still sticks. Same crap different year, they can't make a stop when they need one.

The entire defense cant tackle. There is no elite player that dominates his position. Aqm, had pressure but wiffed on 2 sacks. An elite DE doesnt wiff. Our best LB grace. Wiffed. Dbs???? All of them go for that ****ty no arms low shoulder hit, that 75% of the time miss or bounce off the O player. For 12years it seems miami's D doesnt know how to tackle.

First don't compare JJ with the current loser, in JJ first year they stunk up the joint. However, he made changes and the rest is history. These 2 clowns have been doing this same crappy defense scheme for 4 + years.
 
All I would like to say is that I hope the new coach next year opens the competition up at QB. So many of you have annointed this kid as the savior of the program. Sorry, but I definitey dont see it that way. I watched a kid last night who missed an open Stacy Coley for a TD in the first quarter. Several poorly thrown balls in the game that cost us. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah he threw for 405 yards BUT he threw 49 passes so that big number DOES NOT IMPRESS. Just remember this fellas, AGAIN AGAIN he came up short. The kid has little mobility which hurt us tremendously last night along with less than impressive footwork. I can't be the only one watching KAAYA making very poor long ball passes ALL year long missing on TD opportunties. Open the competition because the kid is missing something and the FACTS remain he doesn't get it done when needed. A very nice kid with talent but WAY WAY overrated! Coley made an acrobatic catch on the TD. Overall impressed with the kids for their effort and was happy to see the DL play hard. Our OL needs an infusion of coaching, talent, and agility. FIRE AL GOLDEN MONDAY!
