They might be happy coming out of the first two weeks of the year at 1-1 with Penn State coming up next week before a easy patch of schedule.

Not easy to do by any means, but there's no quicker path to success in modern college football than great coach + great QB

Obviously very early, but Penn State looked leveled up with Allar at QB. Illinois has a good coach and they are going to fight, but they are just an undermanned team.

Illinois has Denzel Daxon out there starting at Nose Tackle, for those that remember him from Carol City. Former 'Cane commit that ended up at Ohio before grad transferring to Illinois.

He would fit too as they use everybody in offense and TEs get looks also.. Loves to stress defenses in all ways possible.. They are definitely must see offense this season with UWash for me..
