2028 Kameron McGee 5* DE from Chicago, IL (Brother Rice HS)

UV: April 16

Chicago (Ill.) Brother Rice EDGE Kameron McGee, the No. 31 overall prospect in the 2028 recruiting class, is also set to make an unofficial visit to Miami on April 16. Miami just hosted McGee’s teammate, Rivals300 defensive lineman Brayden Parks for a visit this weekend. McGee said that Parks told him nothing but great things about Coral Gables. Now, McGee is excited to see Miami for himself. UM is definitely an early contender here.

Yup Moten especially cause everyone expects it from Scott cause of his ranking but Moten's jump is crazy
Scott will play the Bain young highly ranked 3 and out prospect role and Moten will play the Mesidor came back an extra season to prove my worth and dominate even more than the hotshot youngin but we know what it is so we both get drafted role.. :u5pyxda:

Illinois? Chicago? Ah yes that’s our territory

On the recruiting front, McGee is far from a decision. He says a commitment will come around this time next year, potentially as early as the spring of 2027. Until then, his focus is on improving on the field, preparing for the next level, winning a state title, and hitting some schools for gameday visits.

"I think Georgia, Oregon, Auburn, Florida State, Florida, Miami, Texas, Texas A&M, Ohio State, and Notre Dame," said McGee when asked about a few schools doing the best job with him to this point.

"I'm thinking about going to Texas vs. Ohio State at Texas," he added. "I think I'll go to Florida State vs. SMU at Florida State. I'm going to go to Miami at some point, but I'm not sure when. I'm going to an Oregon game and a Georgia game too. Maybe a few others."

TOM'S TAKE

I would say that Georgia and Oregon have done a tremendous job of separating themselves from the pack. I believe Miami is a serious threat to land him as well. There is familiarity with Notre Dame, so keep an eye on the Fighting Irish. Texas would probably round out the Top 5 for him at this point, but it is clear that there are many others firmly in the mix, ones looking to make a big move this fall.
