JW in the transfer portal 1 week: No takers....

Newman had a ton of interest off bat too.

FYI, Ivins says on his new pod that FIU isn't interested.
Folks just wont acknowledge that point, Interest level low. Timing, classes started, we got it folks. Low interest. Simple fact. News, Qb at D1 school is high profile.

Ok so what is he 20
ITT grown-*** men gleefully celebrate the misfortune of a young man who decided that he needed to get out of town partly because these same grown-*** men hated his guts for being a young man and wanted him run out of town.

Pathetic.
Ok so what is he 20, hardly a grown *** man, but not a kid either. He is also is a D1qb in a big time program. So let’s not feel sorry for him, also not going to **** on him. JW knew the expectations, he knew what it is to play at this level. He just didn’t follow thru, didn’t try to exceed his grasp. He looked All American against L’ville. He thought he had reached the mountain top. Reality is he had just begun to climb it. Immaturity is a wicked lover. It can distract and divert a”kid” from his goals, and who hasn’t been there. So, reality, and trial by fire are great teachers. Let’s hope he lands somewhere and sees his time here as a learning experience and matures to reach his p

really couldn't of said it better. JW will play well for a D1 club and probably really well. He just wasn't mature enough despite being very talented for this .But we needed a mature QB with talent and we got one in King . Van dyke is the future and if he isn't ready this time next year we will bring in another grad transfer to bridge the gab.

LMFAO! :zczkqmritjdsoaq.jpg: :zczkqmritjdsoaq.jpg: that is great.

Really? I had no idea it was nationwide. I remember this girl brought me to a pike party at either FSU or UF(I was so wasted I really don't remember) and she was telling me the same story, but I just assumed since they were so close to each other they told each other their "tricks'. Didn't realize it stretched out even further.

I had a few boys that were Pike at Miami that I knew from the Dorms fresh year. So I got to go to a lot of their parties(never got to go to Pike Boy Mansion though, Bros only they said lol), but really after sophomore year I didn't even want to go to their sleazy parties and much preferred hitting the grove and sobe. The things I saw at those parties was literally disgusting(and I am far from a white knight)
That ***** only cool early on in college gets kinda old after awhile, in my fraternity I phased outta that during junior year. You feel like that old guy that doesn’t know when to close the year book.

If the news about FIU is true then he overplayed his hand. I am sure he will land on his feet somewhere, but when FIU turns you away then there are some serious issues going on that we don’t even know about.

Osu was interested last year before the Justin fields saga

People are fooling themselves to think he won’t get power 5 attention. Somebody will get him for sure. A lot of teams enrollment deadlines have already passed for spring anyways. What will likely happen is that Williams will take official visits this spring while still in school at Miami and then decide on somewhere else

It is also in MIAMI'S best interest for Jarren to make as much academic progress as humanly possible.

Lots of people (mistakenly) think this is like Andre Iguodola sitting out until he is traded or cut. Wrong.

Miami's best case scenario is that anyone who transfers out of UM gets his degree first, or is within a year of finishing (so that it is almost idiot-proof for the guy at the new school).

I still think he was shell shocked and is not able to succeed with a suspect offensive line.

King (and maybe others here) are PERFECT to deal with that suspect offensive line.

I believe Jarren's limitations made him a horrible fit here, but, behind a higher quality line, I believe he will shine.

He may become a superstar but I still won't feel it's a loss by UM that he left... because I doubt he could be a superstar here give our offensive line woes and HIS limitations.

Dont worry, he was the man mainly behind center for a 6 & 7 Miami team and closed out the year with a consistent 3 game stretch that showed his leadership non-ability, dont worry, he should start generating more hype than transfer tate, cause at least he has many games on tape where he can show himself, unlike transfer tate. Pretty soon with him and his lawyer in hand, he'll probably be holding a press conference trying to tell us where he'll be taking his talents too!

FIU saw him play in person. So yeah, they know about his “serious issues.”

Everyone knows he went out partying the night before he lost to FIU and how he quit the team numerous times.

He's a scumbag.
If true, he made a good desicion to tranfer. That's a perfect example that we need to put an end to this. If your not serious about putting the HURRICANES uniform, please leave. And DIAZ needs to tighten the rope on these young adults.

Dude he was 1-12 in 4th quarter..I was at this game..I was 13..I could’ve went down there and at least went 4-12
Oh it was hideous. I was referring to the TD pass they called incomplete to Jenkins, I believe. He should have finished with two completions, for two TDs, and a win. It doesn't make his performance any **** better, but we were, again, screwed by ACC officials.

Bingo....

This post and JW's performance against Louisville tells you 2 things:

1) JW has talent and ALWAYS had talent....

2) But his immaturity and prima dona attitude is so toxic, no good to decent program even wants him-- or else he'd already be enrolled. This means he will sit out of football until the new acedemic year starts in the summer....

JW is on the "Early Terrell Owens" football career tract....
Terrell Owens? Are you out of your mind? TO is one of the best NFL WRs of all time and was a beast with his work ethic. JW will never sniff the NFL on this track.
