JW in the transfer portal 1 week: No takers....

Kid is too talented for schools in need not to take a flyer on him. His baggage and his meddling dad may be slowing the process.

Don’t really care anyway. Once any of them take off off the orange and green they’re dead to me.

Lol. The pike house at UCF had the same rep. I’m pretty sure UCF doesn’t have any frats on campus anymore but the pikes were kicked off long before everyone else.

I admit i normal let transfer players go without much complaints....

JW really ****ed me off because:

1) He has real talent

2) He contributed maybe 30--40--50% to the failure of the team in 2019-- thus wasting the talents of his team mates who were busting *** to win and trying to get recognition before they shoot for the NFL draft....

3) He did incredible damage to the program's reputation due to his lazy, partying work ethic and made his coaches look like **** for going to him as QB1...

4) He used the fact that Perry and Tate sucked as a way to hold the program hostage to his demands of being QB1-- and at the same time did not commit to the work ethic for a QB1 of the Hurricanes.

He was a bigger enemy to our program than FSU or UF was in 2019...

The enemy inside the gates.

You might be overestimating that percentage because the playcalling was the majority of the problem IMO, but he definitely didn't take his opportunity seriously.

I'm not a fan of mocking him because he hasn't gotten offers, but all of your reasons are valid.

Using good QBs to prove that it only takes a matter of minutes in the portal before they attract a ton of interest versus pothead losers languishing with “you’re gonna be shocked with who he’s talking to” interest. I wouldn’t expect a typical mutt on here to get that, so congratulations.

Easy there. The key is they were the two top QBs who were officially eligible IMMEDIATELY. Now, follow with me, immediately means they are allowed to play with their teams this year. That means there is no wait, they don't need a waiver, wait on an NCAA decision. I hope that clears it up for you in the most basic terms.

You’re an invalid. The interest in a top QB in the portal is not dependent upon whether or not he’s immediately eligible. Let Fields or Lawrence or Purdy go into the portal and see if they sit around regardless of being immediately eligible or not.

I told you once not to be stupid. I won’t tell you again. Next time, I will just beat you.
 
The fact that King is immediately eligible to play is certainly a bonus for us but to think that teams wouldn't be beating down his door even if he had to sit out a season is dumb.

Someone will welcome Jarren Williams with open arms. Most likely a G5 program that isn't looking for an immediate contribution.

Really? I had no idea it was nationwide. I remember this girl brought me to a pike party at either FSU or UF(I was so wasted I really don't remember) and she was telling me the same story, but I just assumed since they were so close to each other they told each other their "tricks'. Didn't realize it stretched out even further.

I had a few boys that were Pike at Miami that I knew from the Dorms fresh year. So I got to go to a lot of their parties(never got to go to Pike Boy Mansion though, Bros only they said lol), but really after sophomore year I didn't even want to go to their sleazy parties and much preferred hitting the grove and sobe. The things I saw at those parties was literally disgusting(and I am far from a white knight)

I knew some PIKEs from my time in SG, they were a loyal voting bloc for me, so I would occasionally show up to their parties. Let's just say those appearances were short. What's funny is that those dudes swore they were the ****, but when you looked around, you rarely saw girls that knew better hanging around. They preyed on the freshman girls, because they didn't know any better.
