JW in the transfer portal 1 week: No takers....

People trying to make OP look dumb lol, only thing he said was JW been in the portal a week and has not been picked up. What's wrong with that.

I am not surprised. That was before my time, so I didn't know about that one, but that sort of stuff was exactly what they were pulling when I was on campus.

If he isn't somewhere by now, then he isn't playing spring ball for anybody. College semesters have started. For instance, that is why King and Roche had to be registered by January 21st in Miami's instance.
 
Jarren is likely in the process of seeking a waiver. He likely will claim similar reasons Tate did in seeking a waiver. Additional grounds may be four UM endangering players with dangerous practice fields. Affidavits from NFL and 49ER grounds keepers should do the trick. Given the NCAA's hatred of UM, I expect Jarren to receive a waiver in half the time it normally takes.
 
LOL this isn't free agency . I suspect he will end up at a place like Ga tech or UGA or some place like that. He will end up at power 5 school but not one with good QB as he doesn't want competition . I wish him luck as he has NFL talent but D III brains as I have been saying .

dont think UGA with Newman there and Beck coming up (**** likely be sophomore or redshirt frosh) next year and would have the same amount of time in the UGA offense as a possible JW.
 
No rush now.

I'm sure once his name was officially in portal, FCS and DII teams reached out to him. Probably waiting for some FBS messages.

Newman was in the portal for multiple weeks. It don’t always work out how King’s recruitment went

Bingo....

This post and JW's performance against Louisville tells you 2 things:

1) JW has talent and ALWAYS had talent....

2) But his immaturity and prima dona attitude is so toxic, no good to decent program even wants him-- or else he'd already be enrolled. This means he will sit out of football until the new acedemic year starts in the summer....

JW is on the "Early Terrell Owens" football career tract....
