Missing Scott and then Jakobe getting banged up. Those two are great at recognizing and blowing up plays. I think it was Fitzgerald I seen not really making the plays in the run game out there today.

Bain basically has an entire gameplan and refs (non-holding penalties) against him which frees everyone else up…

His impact on the game is felt in more ways than tackles and sacks…

Some asinine post and threads lately about a soon to be a HIGH 1ST ROUND DRAFT PICK…

When Rousseau had lineman double teaming and chipping him did that stop him from being dominant? Or any of the other elite dlineman? No and Bain is certainly in that echelon so it shouldn’t be stopping him. And **** all that, find a way to make a play.

He’s a man. Next year, especially if Moten returns (if he can), we will have the best DT’s in the country in Moten and Scott.

You can put those up against Stone of OU and whoever his running partner is.

rousseau made most of his plays playing inside....we also had other nfl lineman then as well too....jus like now.

Who garvin and ford? It’s more talent on the line in 2025, he has even more good players he’s playing with. I dont See the excuse there. I do Hate that they line him out wide so much though for sure, not understanding that

hes playing in a different defense and is being asked to do diff things...****** rousseau was getting sacks from the nose position in a manny defense that could care less about running lanes..or running plays. His dl always have big numbers because of it.

I dont like bain in the wide 9 either..he has left probably close to 5 sacks on the field not closing this year...and i feel he had a 0.5 sack today with moten.

Agree that wide 9 does not help him and he definitely had a half sack at the end there with Moten.

I do think Bain got tangled up with the OTs too much this game and I would concede he had an off game today. But the stats since UL lie. He has been the most disruptive player on the defense in all the other games IMO.

Yeah people who were calling him a bust were dumb, but he also wasn't playing many snaps before Blay got hurt. So there was probably a reason for that. He's seized his opportunity and is playing great which is awesome

Idiots on here thought he should be starting coming out of camp. So of course they were going to be disappointed. These same guys also thought Moten was just average and couldn’t develop.

I am still ****ed we are so thin at DT. Thank god we made it to post season with only one injury. If another of our guys go down it will affect us a lot.
