SAP but this article predicts golden being fired and Fuente being hired before Memphis bowl game. Not bad at all....

Alabama Crimson Tide win CFP title, Texas Longhorns reach bowl game and other second-half predictions

"Before the Tigers play Florida in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, Justin Fuente will be named the new coach at a Power 5 school. My best guess: Miami."

"Two ACC schools will fire their coaches (Virginia's Mike London and Miami's Al Golden), and Virginia Tech's Frank Beamer will retire, ending one of the greatest tenures in college football history."

Blake James said he'll evaluate Golden after this season. I say bull****. Keep consistently putting pressure for a change (banners and all). Things are always subject to change. I'm sure many didn't see Philbin and Coyle getting fired after week 4, yet here we are.

I'd welcome Fuente in a heart beat.

Better than a Butch hire...New Blood...New Offense...Just stop by the house to get an approval for defensive coordinator...

I'm not the biggest fan of his, but I'd take him. We'd at least smoke people on offense. Good recruiter and can relate to players

When critical of Al, Omar Kelly said you don't go from Temple to the University of Miami. Well that holds true for me of Justin Fuente. I'm not saying he wouldn't be a good hire, but I'm highly skeptical. He has not had much experience.

If I say yes, Fuente is the next coach of the Miami Hurricanes, can y'all stop with the f***ing endless lists and threads about the next coach at Miami?

ANY of you bozos who aren't sold on Fuente, wake the **** up. Dude is the goods, him or herman, and both make around 1.3 million. So he's affordable too. That dude actually beat better teams with winning records at an AAC school, unlike El Foldo

I agree. He definitely has risk, but at least he has some good pedigree. Gary Patterson thinks highly of him. He has turned Memphis into a winner. Won bowl games. Beat ACC and a SEC team. He's riding a 12 game or so winning streak. Missouri plucked his DC last year. I think he'd do well here. I also really like Herman.

Some of you buffoons on CIS are just awful. That's why I stick with the WEZ. You sir are an ignorant jackass. The fugging guy was only Pattersons RB coach and Co OC at TCU for 5 years before taking the Memphis gig. Prior to TCU he was OC and QB coach at Illinois state for a while. He's won a share of the AAC last year, something Folden had never done, was the AAC Coach of the year last year. Don't worry losers, John Gruden is here to Dave the day...smdh at some of you'll cowards

Are his wins against teams that finished with 8 or more wins? I may have to look into that

Herman comes with a better D.C. and his offense is top notch (not to mention recruiting skills) so he's my top pick but Fuente is an excellent coach so we'd be in great shape. They didn't just luck into a victory vs Ole Miss, they controlled the game with much less talent.
