I hope to **** bama loses or OU loses, it gives us a chance but I doubt it
The officiating in Missouri v OU and bama v auburn will be so one sided…the SEC knows what they need and they will make sure it happens

Wouldn’t OU losing not really do much for us though? ND would move up a spot along with us. I’d think we’d need Alabama, Utah, or BYU to lose more because they’re currently between us and ND.

OU losing gets them out of the top 10 which opens up room for an at large to be decided between Miami BYU and Utah

We would love to see BYU and Utah lose as well

Bottom line
We need a team currently in top 10 of CFP to lose to open a spot…..OU, ND, Bama are the candidates….Oregon as well but I fear usc would jump ahead of us if they beat them
It would be better to see USC lose which hurts ND SoS tHEN have Oregon lose to Washington!!!

One program I’m a little angry with is USF. If they got the G5 bid, we could have argued we beat two CFP teams and that would most certainly, in my eyes, be enough to put us ahead of both BYU and Utah. ******* Bulls….
 
Welp, looks like my fear of Vandy potentially jumping us because they beat a bad Kentucky team came to fruition. I know it’s the AP and not the CFP rankings but Jesus this is just such bull****. It makes me almost not want to watch College Football anymore with the SEC love affair. Kentucky has beaten nobody and is 5-5. Sure, Vandy won by a lot. Kentucky is a bad team. We played a bad team and beat them by a lot too.
